Our first flavour is Mango, which is made with a Victoria sponge, filled with a layer of mango spread then covered in Mango cream with orange curls covering the sides. Its then decorated with fresh raspberries and pineapple chunks. Next, we have our Red Velvet, with its rich sponge and a layer of cream cheese spread. Its then covered in red velvet crumbs and decorated with raspberries, blueberries, chocolate flakes, and chocolate fans. Then its onto the Strawberry flavor, which is a Victoria sponge layered with fruit jam and finished with strawberry curls. It's then topped with strawberries and raspberries. Finally, our Lemon flavor features a Victoria sponge filled with lemon spread and is covered in white chocolate curls. It's topped with our lemon cream and is decorated with raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries.
